Ingredients
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 lb. fresh or smoked sausage, sliced
- Optional ingredients: 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours, or until the flavors have blended and the soup is thoroughly heated.
