Crab Soup

I found that fresh lemon juice and saltine crackers were the PERFECT compliment to this soup.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cooking sherry
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Add the crab meat, whipping cream, milk and butter to a Dutch oven or heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and add sherry, salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges and saltine crackers.
