Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 can(28-oz.)tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (6-oz.) tomato paste
- 2 cans (1-lb. each) kidney beans, undrained
- 3 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt

Step 1
Into 3-qt. casserole crumble beef. Add green pepper. Cover. Microwave at High (10) 6 to 7 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Drain well.
Mix in tomatoes, tomato paste, beans, onion, chili powder and salt. Cover. Microwave at High (10), 35 to 40 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. When oven signals, stir and let chili stand about 10 minutes to blend flavors before serving.
