Ingredients
- 5 Beef Bouillon Cubes
- 5 Cups water
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbls Butter
- 1 1/2 teas leaf basil, crushed
- 1 teas salt
- 1/8 teas pepper
- 3 med Carrots, sliced
- 2 med Onions, chopped
- 1 lb Zucchini, diced
- 3 med Tomatoes, chopped
- 6 frankfurters (sausage), sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer all ingredients together except zucchini, tomatoes and frankfurters, until carrots are tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook until zucchini is tender.
