Zucchini Soup

Ingredients

• 5 Beef Bouillon Cubes
• 5 Cups water
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 2 Tbls Butter
• 1 1/2 teas leaf basil, crushed
• 1 teas salt
• 1/8 teas pepper
• 3 med Carrots, sliced
• 2 med Onions, chopped
• 1 lb Zucchini, diced
• 3 med Tomatoes, chopped
• 6 frankfurters (sausage), sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer all ingredients together except zucchini, tomatoes and frankfurters, until carrots are tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook until zucchini is tender.
