Ingredients
- ● 1 pound baby carrots
- ● 1/4 cup butter
- ● 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ● 1 tsp cinnamon
- ● 1/4 tsp. coarse sea salt
- ● dried parsley flakes, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add the carrots to a medium saucepan and add just enough water to cover the carrots by 1 inch.
2. Turn heat to medium high and bring to a boil, cooking carrots until for tender. About 15 minutes total (shorter if you want carrots firmer)
3. Drain carrots and set aside.
4. Stir together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt in the same sauce pan over medium-low heat til melted and combined.
5. Return carrots to the pan and stir to coat. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring often, until the glaze is thick and syrupy.
6. Serve hot, topped with parsley flakes if desire.
