Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup honey or corn syrup
6 oz chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
sunflower seeds
3 c rice Krispies

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Melt peanut butter and honey/syrup until it boils...
Or in microwave for 3 minutes...Stir every 20 seconds or so...

Add chocolate chips until melted

Add remaing ingredients and press into 8x8 pan

Cool and cut
