- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 can (8-oz.) yams or sweet potatoes, drained
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 slices (about 4-oz.) packaged, thinly sliced cooked ham*
- 1 can (8-oz.) sliced pineapple
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup syrup reserved from pineapple

Step 1
In 1 -qt. casserole place butter. Microwave at High (10) 3/4 to 1
minute to melt. Add drained yams and mash well. Stir in brown sugar. Divide mixture equally over one end of each ham slice. Roll up into firm rolls.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Place pineapple slices in 8-in. square dish. Cover each with ham roll, arranging seam side down around edge of dish.
Combine pecans, sugar and pineapple syrup. Spoon over ham rolls. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High (10) 5 to 7 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 6 minutes.
