Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Oil
  • 3 Eggs (Well Beaten)
  • 3 Cups Chopped Apples, Red Delicious
  • 3 Cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 Cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Blendsugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add sifted flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Batter will be VERY stiff and thick). Add apples and pecans. Pour into greased 9 x 3 inch tube or bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
