I made a shake like this morning without extra sweetener.

I leave out the honey and vanilla and add ice. It's sweet enough with the banana.

If you can find it Hood Calorie Countdown (Carb Control) milk has no fat, only 3 grams of carb per 8 ounces for white milk and 6 grams of carbs for 8 oz of chocolate milk. Brings down the carb count and adds so much to the flavor.

I would add some ice to make it a slushy type of ice cream like thing! But first, the way the recipe has it. Sounds wonderful. I bet it would be good with Almond milk as well.

Makes me want a drink!

Makes me thirsty already!

sounds good, I make a smoothie similar but no cocoa, I put a few strawberrys and a pack of Splenda in it. Going to try this one too.
