Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Combine rosemary and garlic. Make 1/2 inch slits in pork. Place 1/2 the rosemary mixture in the slits. Rub the pork with the remaining mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place pork on jelly roll pan (with cooking spray). Insert thermometer. Bake for 20 minutes or 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
