Ingredients
- FOR CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE MIX:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas baking soda
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup peanut butter morsels
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- FOR DOUBLE FUDGE BROWNIE MIX:
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup swiss mocha flavored instant coffee mix
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels

FOR CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE MIX JAR:
1. In a 1 quart glass jar, layer sugar and brown sugar, pressing each layer down firmly.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Spoon over bronw sugar, pressing down firmly. Layer chocolate morsels, peanut butter morsels, and pecans over flour mixture.
FOR BAKING INSTRUCTIONS CARD:
(Makes about 3 dozen cookies)
1 jar chocolate peanut butter cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teas vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine cookie mix, butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until well combines. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool on pans for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight containers.
FOR DOUBLE FUDGE BROWNIE MIX JARS:
1. In a 1 quart glass jar, layer ingredients in order listed, pressing each layer down firmly before adding next ingredient.
FOR DOUBLE FUDGE BROWNIES CARD:
(Makes about 2 dozen brownies)
1 jar double fudge brownie mix
1 cup butter, softened
4 large eggs
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, butter, and eggs. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely before serving. Store in airtight containers.
