Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. butter (not margarine)
• 1 1/2 lgs. powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 blocks paraffin
• 1 lb. creamy peanut butter
• 1 large bg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, peanut butter and sugar well in large bowl. Form into small balls, place on cookie sheet and chill.
Prepare chocolate mixture. Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler. Stir well. Insert toothpick into each ball, dip in chocolate, place on wax paper until chocolate sets (only a few min.). Store in refrigerator in air tight container
