Ingredients
- 1 cup konnyaku powder
- 30 cups warm water
- 1 tsp lye
- 1 cup warm water

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve lye in 1 cup warm water.
Place 20 cups water in a large pan and sprinkle konnyaku powder into the water gradually while stirring constantly.
Mix for 30 minutes.
Add the lye sollution to the konnyaku mixture and mix quickly for 3 minutes.
Let set for 2-3 hours.
Cut into desired size.
Put konnyaku pieces in a pot of boiling water and boil for 15 mnutes.
Store konnyaku in the water it was boiled in.
