Ingredients
- 1 loaf stale french bread, cubed
- 1 quart milk
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1 t cinnamon
- 4 - 8 T butter
- Whiskey Sauce
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/2 - 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs eaten
- 1/2 cup bourbon

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients into 2 quart casserole
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
Serve with sauce
Whiskey Sauce
Heat butter and sugar together until clear
Remove from heat and cool
Add eggs and heat about 1 minute
Add whiskey, beat 1 minute
