Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Turkey, Shredded
- 1/4 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 1/8 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tbsp. Orange Marmalade (or Fig or Apricot Jam)
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 4 slices Provolone (or Swiss) Cheese
- 4 slices Sourdough Or Other Bread

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread all bread slices on one side with jam and Dijon. 2. Top 1/2 of slices with turkey.
3. Mix together cranberry sauce and pecans and spread over the turkey.
4. Top with slices of cheese.
5. Top with slices of bread with the jam/Dijon side down.
6. Toast in panini press (approximately 6 minutes).
7. Slice in thirds or halves and serve.
