Ingredients
- 2 1/2 - 3 pound chicken
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup onion
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup green pepper
- 2 cans La Choy Chinese vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
Stew chicken, cool and debone
Soft fry celery, onion and green pepper
Add vegetables, chicken and broth with canned vegetables
May freeze
Cook 1 hour, thicken if desired
Serve over rice or noddles or both
