- 1/2 cup(s) powdered iced tea mix (with no artificial sweeteners)
- 2 tablespoon(s) ground ginger
- 2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
- Kosher salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the iced tea mix, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, 4 tsp salt and 2 tsp pepper.
Pat about 2 tablespoons into each pound of meat, seafood or vegetables. For extra flavor, refrigerate for a few hours before cooking. Yields 3/4 cup.
The rub can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
