Ingredients
- 1 T unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 T sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 2 1/2 T sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 Hershey's Giant Milk Chocolate bar
- 1 9" pie shell or graham cracker crust

Preparation
Step 1
Soften gelatin in water and chill gelatin until partially set
Beat egg yolks and sugar, blend in milk
Cook in double boiler, stirring well, cool and add vanilla
Next beat egg whites with 2 1/2 T sugar until stiff and fold in partially set gelatin and cooled egg yolk, sugar and milk mixture
Whip cream, fold into the above mixture
Next melt chocolate over warm water
Add melted chocolate and stir to give a marbled effect
Pour into pastry shell in graham cracker crust and chill until firm
