Ingredients
- 15 fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon course salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced

Step 1
1. Cut/snap about 1 inch off the bottoms of asparagus, rinse and dry.
2. In a large skillet or saucepan, heat olive oil, butter, salt and papper to medium hot. Stir then stir in garlic.
3. Place asparagus in the skillt and cook app. 10 minutes, stirring. Shuffle the pan while cooking to prevent burning. When the asparagus are a dark golden color, wrinkled and tender they are done.
I add chopped capracolla ham and sliced cherry tomatoes.
