Ingredients
- 2 cups squeezed persimmons (from about 2 quarts of ripe fruit)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/3 t nutmeg
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Mix persimmons, sugar, eggs, butter and milk
Blend in flour and add spices and baking soda
Pour into a greased pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees
Remove from oven and serve warm
