Ingredients
- c. raw cashews
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. tumeric
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- gluten-free pasta (such as quinoa), cooked

Step 1
Blend first eight ingredients until smooth. Add extra salt and pepper to taste. Blend again for 1 minute; pour over pasta.
