Ingredients
- Butter
- Graham cracker crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- Sour Cream Filling
- 8 oz carton sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Butter 2" muffin tin and coat with graham cracker crumbs
Set in refrigerator
Beat egg yolks, sugar and cream cheese till fluffy
Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into cream mixture
Spoon into muffin tins about 3/4 full
Bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
Cool 10-15 minutes
Carefully remove from muffin tins
Center will have fallen forming an indention
Spoon sour cream filling into each
Refrigerate
Filling:
Stir well
Place in a 9" pie plate
Bake 400 degrees for 5 minutes, stir well and bake an additional 3 minutes
Spoon a teaspoon of sour cream fulling into each and refrigerate
Makes 4 dozen
