Step 1
Peel, Rinse, Cut Fries (crinkle or straight).
Sort into bowls - to potatoes worth of fries in each. Fits quart freezer bags.
Drop by bowlful into boiling water, cook 2 minutes then drop in ice water - up to 20 minutes.
Blot dry, arrange on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freezer 12-24 hours then put in quart bags.
Freeze up to 6 months.
When ready to eat, remove from freezer, arrange on parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes.
