Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2-3 hot sausage
- 2-3 chicken breast
- 1-2 cups ham
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 3 green onions
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 3 celery stalks
- 4-8 tomatoes
- cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Step 1
Instead of using water, you will use 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of tomato sauce to cook rice as directed.
Meanwhile in a wok type frying pan cook cut up sausage, chicken breast, & cooked ham . When cooked through add shrimp. Then add the veggies. You can use what every amounts you like for any of the ingredients.
Add the cooked rice and more tomato sauce, around 1 cup so its not dry.
Cut up 4-8 tomatoes add. The add some cayene pepper and make it as hot as you want.
*Note: Other recipe adds 2 tsp dried oregano & 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
