Ingredients

  • 2 Quart jars kosher dill pickles cut into chunks
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 C. vinegar
  • 3 TBSP. pickling spice

Step 1

Discard liquid from one jar. Into the juice of the other jar add sugar, vinegar and pickling spice. Cook to dissolve sugar.
Place pickles into your container.
Cover with liquid, let stand in refrigerator 10 days or less.
