Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 T instant coffee
- 2 T sugar
- 1 carton whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 t vanilla
- 10 drops almond extract
- Toasted almonds
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs whites and instant coffee until stiff but not dry
Add sugar and beat until stiff and shiny
Slowly beat in 1 carton whipping cream, sugar and vanilla
Add extract and mix
Mix until mixture hangs like stalactites from the beater
Refrigerate until chilled
Drop spoonfuls in cupcake papers
May top with crushed toasted almonds or whipped cream
