Ingredients
- DOUGH:
- 1 cup crushed walnuts
- 6 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 pound of butter
- 2 cups flour
- FILLING:
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dough ingredients together and refrigerate if desired for easier handling.
Roll into balls and press into mini muffin pans.
Mix filling ingredients together.
Place 1 teaspoon in each mini muffin cup and sprinkle crushed walnuts on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
