- 1 LOAF ITALIAN OR CHALLA BREAD, CUBED
- 6 EGGS
- 1 CUP MILK
- THAWED PKG FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH
- SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR OR FONTINA CHEESE

Step 1
SLICE UNCOOKED SAUSAGE INTO PIECES
IN LARGE BOWL, BEAT EGGS AND MILK UNTIL FROTHY.
ADD IN DESIRED SEASONINGS (TS GARLIC, ONION?)
ADD BREAD CUBES, SAUSAGE SLICES & SPINACH.
PUSH TO SOAK BREAD WITH EGG MIXTURE
PLACE IN BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH AND COVER WITH FOIL
BAKE IN 375 OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES
UNCOVER TOP WITH CHEESE AND BAKE ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES
