1 pound = 4 servings = 1 cup pulp
2 cups sliced = 3 medium size peaches
2 pounds makes 1 nine inch pie

Ingredients
- Peach Ice Cream
- 7 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups dry milk solids
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 quart thin sliced peaches mixed with 1 cup sugar
- Easy Peach Cobbler
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups plain flour
- Quick and Easy Cobbler
- Combine 3 cups fresh peaches and 3/4 cup sugar
- Let stand 20 minutes
- Melt 1 stick butter in 1 1/2 quart baking dish in 350 oven
- Sift together
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- Add 1 cup milk and stir briskly - lumps will remain
- Pour into baking dish of melted butter, top with peaches
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
- Freezing Peaches
- To prevent darkening, add fresh fruit to sugar or lemon juice or Fresh Fruit to syrup
- To Can Peaches
- Prepare syrup with 3 cups sugar with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil, cool
- Remove skins and pits and drop into syrup
- Pack peaches into jars
- Heat syrup and pour over peaches
- Seal and process in boiling water, 20 minutes for quarts, 15 minutes for pints
- Peach Cooler
- 1 T thawed lemonade or limeade concentrate
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 2 peeled and sliced peaches

Step 1
Peach Ice Cream
Slice soft ripe peaches and blend with about 1 cup sugar
Let stand 1/2 hour
Mix other ingredients together, pour into ice cream freezer and freeze until partially frozen
Open and add peach mixture, continue freezing until firm
Easy Peach Cobbler
Sift flour and baking powder together
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs and beat well
Add milk and flour
Peel and slice peaches, enough to make 1 quart
Sweeten lightly with sugar and sprinkle with 2 T of lemon juice
Place in baking dish
Spoon the batter over the fruit and bake at 375 degrees until the crust is brown, about 30 minutes
Peach Cooler
Combine concentrate and ice cream in blender
Blend until smooth
Add peaches and blend just for a second
Pour into glasses and place in freezer until slushy
Drink with a spoon
Add a dash of dried mint to zip up he flavor
