Ingredients

Yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 8ox pkg cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box 4X sugar
1 T lemon juice plus rind

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix with egg and melted butter
Pour and press into 9x13" pan
Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon and pour over 1st layer
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
Cut when cooled
