- 1 lb. Pecan Halves - unsalted
- 1 tsp. Water
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt (very important)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 225°.
Beat egg and water with a whisk until frothy.
Pour pecans into the egg and coat thoroughly.
Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon - combine well. Pour over pecans, stir until fully coated.
Spread single layer onto a cookie sheet with sides, and bake for 1 hour - turning pecans every 15-20 minutes.
