Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- Juice and rind of 2 lemons

Preparation
Step 1
Mix pastry
Roll out, cut and place in hole of mini muffin tin
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
Put 2 eggs and yolks in bowl and beat gradually and gently until mixed
Add rest of ingredients and stir with wooden spoon until it's like mayonnaise
Store in refrigerator
