Ingredients
- This recipe can be doubled
- 3 sticks salted butter (1 1/2 Cups) room temp
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract - pure, not imitation
- 5 cups all-purpose white flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt (I use sea salt)
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Preparation
Step 1
Cookie Dough:
Blend in kitchenaid mixer with paddle attachment until dough is fully incorporated.
Chill dough before rolling
After cutting out cookies, freeze on baking sheets for 10-15 mins then transfer to Baggie in freezer for storage.
Freeze cookies for at least an hour before baking.
350 for 11 minutes max
Bake from frozen only.
