Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup frozen, whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 1/3 cup regular oats
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 large egg white
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; blend well and shape into a loaf that will fit in your slow cooker. In the bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker, place the meat; brush ketchup over the top.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 to 8 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Garlic mashed potatoes (just add a little garlic powder to regular mashed potatoes) and
steamed broccoli and baby carrots.
