Ingredients
- 3 to 4 large Russet Potatoes
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1/2 C Milk
- Coarse salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Wash and Peel potatoes. Slice into medium sauce pan. Cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover pan. Slowly boil potatoes until done (don't cook to long or the potatoes will get mushy -- they are done when a fork pierces through them easily). Drain water from potatoes, add butter, milk, salt and pepper. With electric mixer slowly begin to whip potatoes. As potatoes mix gradually increase speed on mixer. You can add more milk, butter, salt & pepper to taste and mix until desired consistency.
