Dungeness Crab and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 2 c. mayo
- 8 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 oz. Dungeness crab--use lump crab
- 4 oz. parmesan cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. onion chopped
- Bread of choice--baguette, pita chips, etc.

Cooking time 20mins
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and mix mayo, artichokes, crab, cheese and onions.
Mix well.
Portion crab mixture in a glass baking dish.
Cook at 350--10 minutes--I had to cook 20-25 minutes, but don't overcook. Internal temp should be 140.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
