Fiesta Dip

No party is complete without this great tasting Fiesta Dip! Packed with great flavor thanks to spicy green chiles and Knorr® Leek soup mix, this dip is a smash hit! Serve with crackers, corn chips or cut-up vegetables and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 cup Hellmann's mayo
• 2 cups Montery Jack or Colby Jack cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
• 1 can (4 ounces) green chilies
• 1 package Knorr® Leek soup and recipe mix

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; cover, chill at least 2 hours.
