Ingredients

  • 9 " unbaked Pie shell in pie plate
  • 1/2 C Softened Butter
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla or 2 TBLS Bourbon
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1/2 C Flour
  • 1 C Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)
  • 1 C Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Get pie shell ready and set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium mixing bowl cream butter, add sugar and vanilla. Add beaten eggs, then add flour. Mix together well and add chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into UNBAKED pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 1 hour. Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream or whipped cream.
