Ingredients

  • Few cups/scoops of flour in a bowl.
  • 3-4 eggs
  • Little salt
  • Dash of oil
  • Few shakes of cinnamon
  • Milk-enough to make it the consistency of heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, eggs, salt, oil, cinnamon, milk with electric mixer.
Stir to make the consistency of heavy cream.
Batter should be very thin and the griddle(crepe pan)very hot and then butter it well each time.
Flip once.
As soon as they're done, butter and sugar each one and roll them up. You can put fresh fruit--strawberries, blueberries, whip cream, chocolate, whatever on your crepes.
