Baked Apple Chunks

Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium apples
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1-2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Step 1

Core and peel apples and cut into thick chunks. Arrange in 8 inch square baking dish. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apples. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with water. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until apples are soft but not mushy. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
