Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup warm water
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp EVOO

Step 1:
Spinkle yeast over water in mixing bowl and gently stir
Allow to settle for 5 minutes stiring occasionally
Add to mixture 1 cup flour and stir to combine
Cover and allow to sit for 30 minutes
Take mixture and add (up to the balance) 1 cup flour while mixing with dough hook until dough comes away cleanly from bowl
Remove from bowl and form into a smooth sphere
Flour working surface and kneed dough for 10 minutes to work surface tension
Set aside in oiled bowl, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour (in warm location e.g. microwave over or pantry)
Step 2:
Roll out to approximately 1/2cm thick and dock with fork
Place on preheated stone and bake at 220 degrees Celcius
