Ingredients
- 6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
- (cut in half horizontally)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 c Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 c Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large frying pan. Dip chicken breast in egg and coat in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides. Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
