Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs (or two slices of bread)
- 2 tablespoons margarine (melted)

Preparation
Step 1
cook macaroni until tender. Drain. In large saucepan melt the ½ cup butter, blend in flour, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add milk, cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in cooked macaroni and ham. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Spinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered 350 for 35 minutes.
