Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3 slices onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet Grandmother's Sunday Roast Seasoning
  • 1-1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 10.75-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10.75-ounce can cream of celery soup
  • 2 empty soup cans of water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Brown beef and onion in a saucepan; drain off fat and pour into a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish.

3. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl and pour over meat mixture. Bake, covered, for 1 hour.

4. Remove from oven; stir. Return to oven and continue baking, covered, for 15 more minutes or until rice is tender.
