Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet Grandmother's Sunday Roast Seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 10.75-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 15.25-ounce can of no salt added whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 2-ounce can of chopped pimiento, drained
- 1 10 count can of refrigerator biscuit dough

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8x2 baking dish; set aside.
2. In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with seasoning and onion until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
3. Stir in soup and cream cheese; stir until cheese melts. Add corn and pimientos; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into a prepared baking dish. Place biscuits around the edge of baking dish.
4. Bake 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
