Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 jar raspberry salsa
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray inside of 9 inch pie plate with oil spray.
Sauté onion and jalapeno pepper over medium heat until soft about 5 minutes. Place on bottom of 9 inch pie. Layer the next three ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling.
