Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
- 10 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese sharp
- 2 cups bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Saute onions until clear. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in a 9" by 13" baking dish coated with butter or Pam. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
