Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Can Fruit Cocktail
- 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Cup Coconut

Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients well. Add fruit cocktail (undrained) and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13" greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While cake is baking, mix frosting ingredients into a saucepan and boil until thick (consistency of pudding). Pour over hot cake.
