Ingredients

  • 4 Turkey cutlets (1 1/2 lb), cut into 3x1/2 strips
  • veg oil
  • 1 (12oz) jar taco sauce
  • 1 large red or green bell pepper cut into strips
  • sour cream
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 warm flour tortillas
  • shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place turkey strips on lightly greased broiler pan. Brush turkey with oil and 1/4 of taco sauce. Broil 4" from heat for 5 minutes. Turn strips, brush with oil and taco sauce. Top wiht peppers and onion. Broil 5 minutes or until done. Wrap tortillas around turkey. Top with taco sauce, sour cream, and cheese
