Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Romaine lettuce
- parmesan cheese
- croutons
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- juice of one lemon
- worcestershire sauce (count to 10 as it drips)
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1/3-1/2 tube anchovy paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Step 1
Croutons can be made by cutting up a seeded baguette and rubbing with garlic clove then toasting. Wash and tear up lettuce. Mix dressing and toss salad with dressing and parmesan cheese.
